Meat and Potatoes

We bought a bunch of chickens (ok, two) this weekend to rotisserie on our new barbecue. Sadly, it was too windy today to keep the flame lit, so I baked up this one for the sole purpose of bentoing. Other features include double mustard potato salad (one of my new favourite things) veggies, and craisins for the man. He loves craisins.

Who doesn't love craisins? Do you make your own double mustard potato salad, or do you buy it? Because I make one using a Mark Bittman recipe, but I heard you could buy it premade at Costco. Is this true?

I learned about double mustard potato salad from reading your blog darling :) I make it myself. Or sometimes Ron makes it for me. Next trip to Costco we will investigate.
